The website is an informational and contact platform for providing catering equipment rental services and specialty mobile coffee bars for events.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline to provide a service or quotation to any person, for any reason, at any time.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to infringe upon the rights of others or restrict any third party’s use of this website.

E. LICENSE TO USE THE WEBSITE

The Owner may provide you with certain information as a result of your use of the website or Services. This information may include documentation, business proposals, event menus, or data developed by the Owner, collectively referred to as the “Owner Materials.”

Subject to these Terms of Service, the Owner grants you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Owner Materials solely in connection with your inquiry or engagement of the Service.

Any unauthorized use by you will result in the termination of the license granted through the website.

F. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge and agree that the website, the Grafton Coffee brand, images, logos, proprietary recipes, mobile bar concepts, and all services provided by the Owner are the exclusive property of the Owner (the “Owner’s Intellectual Property”).

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or distribute the Owner’s Intellectual Property in any manner without the Owner’s express prior written permission.

G. USER OBLIGATIONS AND CONTACT INFORMATION

When requesting a quotation or booking an event, you may be asked to provide accurate personal information, including your name, email address, telephone number, event date, and location within our service area of Miami, Florida, and the surrounding areas.

You are responsible for ensuring that this information is accurate. Providing false or inaccurate information constitutes grounds for the immediate cancellation of any proposal or previously arranged service.

H. PAYMENTS, RESERVATIONS, AND SERVICE CONDITIONS

  • Quotations and reservations: Catering proposals are valid for a limited period. Your event date will only be reserved and confirmed after the deposit or advance payment specified in the proposal has been received.
  • Payment methods: We accept debit cards, credit cards—including American Express, Mastercard, and Visa—and NFC mobile payments.
  • Event logistics: The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the event venue provides suitable access and satisfies the technical requirements agreed upon in advance, including a stable electrical supply, for the installation and operation of our espresso and specialty coffee bars.
  • Customer service and operating hours: Our general business hours for event coordination are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.

I. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the website or Services for any unlawful purpose or for any purpose prohibited by this section. You agree not to use the website or Services in any manner that could damage the Owner’s reputation, equipment, or business operations.

You further agree not to use the website or our communication channels to:

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or any third party.
  • Violate any of the Owner’s intellectual property rights.
  • Upload or distribute computer viruses or malicious software.
  • Commit fraud or provide false payment information.
  • Unlawfully collect information about other users or customers.
